Western Michigan has been targeting Severs pretty heavily, but the major programs that have shown a significant amount of interest are Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Purdue, Northwestern, and Indiana. Of those teams, in-state program Illinois, Iowa State, and Iowa have been contacting him multiple times each week.
