2014 outside linebacker Dwight Williams received offers from the Kentucky Wildcats and the South Florida Bulls on March 8th and March 9th. This brings his total number of offers to twenty-eight.
The other teams to have offered at him include: Florida, Miami, Michigan, UCLA, Washington, Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, California, Clemson, Colorado, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Houston, Louisiana-Lafayette, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon State, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Utah, and Washington State.
It is projected that Williams is heavily interested in the Florida Gators, the Miami Hurricanes, the Michigan Wolverines, the UCLA Bruins, and the Washington Huskies.
Also, he has not received offers, but is receiving interest from the Oregon Ducks, the USC Trojans, the Alabama Crimson Tide, and the Wisconsin Badgers.
Williams is a 6’1″, 210 pound outside linebacker from Gardena, California.
He is currently a junior at Junipero Serra High School.
The Junipero Serra Cavaliers made it to the CIF Football State Championships. In the title game, they defeated Oakdale High School, 42-15.
As a junior in 2012, Williams recorded 158 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, and four forced fumbles.
The four-star recruit is currently ranked 14th in the state of California, 5th among outside linebackers, and 117th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
