2014 four-star linebacker Kenny Young is one of the top fifteen recruits in the state of Louisiana and saw yet another offer come through the door as the Arkansas Razorbacks extended him an offer on March 26th. The offer from the Razorbacks pushed Young’s total number to eighteen.
Kenny Young has offers from the LSU Tigers, Alabama Crimson Tide, Arizona State Sun Devils, Arkansas Razorbacks, Baylor Bears, Florida State Seminoles, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Houston Cougars, Miami Hurricanes, Michigan Wolverines, Mississippi State Bulldogs, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Oklahoma State Cowboys, Ole Miss Rebels, Tennessee Volunteers, Texas A&M Aggies, Tulane Green Wave, and UCLA Bruins.
The 6’2″, 220 pound inside linebacker is seen as one of the top 15 inside linebackers in the 2014 class, and he is clearly one of the top 300 prospects as well.
247Sports views Young as a top 250 recruit and a top 15 inside linebacker in this class.
Young has only received two offers in the month of March after receiving ten in the month of February. Do not be surprised in more offers start rolling in as time goes by. Two teams I am keeping my eyes on are the Auburn Tigers and the Florida Gators.
This is because LSU seems to be Young’s top team at this point in time. In total, Young has seven offers from the SEC. Expect this to be a battle between SEC teams for this 2014 recruit.
