Austin Roberts has also garnered offers from the Purdue Boilermakers, Michigan State Spartans, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Colorado Buffaloes, Virginia Tech Hokies, Kentucky Wildcats, Indiana Hoosiers, Maryland Terrapins, North Carolina State Wolfpack, and Illinois Fighting Illini. Two major programs without offers that are worth watching in Roberts’s recruitment are Georgia and Michigan.
The 6’3″, 210 pound Carmel standout hauled in 34 receptions for 431 yards and three touchdowns last season, and he has received several awards in the state of Indiana for his play as a junior. Roberts looks poised for a big senior season, and he is one of the top 25 wideouts in the country with a well-deserved four-star grade.
He has visits slated this month with the Ohio State Buckeyes and Miami Hurricanes, as he will visit the ‘Canes tomorrow before trekking to Ohio State next week. In fact, he just visit the Gators yesterday on another unofficial trip. Last month, Roberts visited Michigan State and nabbed an offer from the Spartans on that trip.
